Biography

Jason Biggs notoriety began with his portrayal of “Jim Levenstein” in the 1999 American Pie teen comedy. The popular film launched theatrical sequels, with the last, American Reunion, coming out in 2012.  He and wife Jenny Mollen co-star in last month’s release of the comedy The Amateur, where Mollen also plays his screen wife. Biggs is well known as the first voice of “Leonardo” in Nickelodeon’s “Teenage Mutant Nija Turtles” TV series. The New Jersey native recently spent two seasons (2013 & 2014) as “Larry Bloom” on “Orange is the New Black,” and starred in the Broadway play The Heidi Chronicles at New York City’s Music Box Theatre in 2014.  His first career recognition came in 1995 after he was nominated for a Daytime Emmy for his role as “Pete Wendell” in the TV soap “As the World Turns.”   The couple has one son and reside in New York City.
