Biography

Jamie McShane stars as Dr. Tim Fanning on the new FOX series The Passage, set to air in early 2019. Based on Justin Cronin’s best-selling fantasy book trilogy, The Passage is a character-driven thriller about a secret government medical facility experimenting with a dangerous virus that could either cure all disease or cause the downfall of the human race. McShane is most known for his series regular role as Eric O’Bannon on the hit Netflix thriller “Bloodline” set and filmed in the Florida Keys. Other recent TV credits include a starring role on TNT’s drama Murder in the First, Southland (2011-2013) and Sons of Anarachy (2008-2010). He is a man of many talents, as he is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do , has authored several children’s books, played hockey as a youngster, and eventually took up tennis (4.5 – 5.0 level tennis player) and went on to play in a few professional tournaments and became a tennis instructor.
